TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A 25% Deposit is required to secure the booking.
Full payment due 4 weeks prior to the date.
For hourly hire there is a discretionary 20-minutes allowance per booking. If more is required, please book an additional hour.
The day rate is from 9am until midnight. Any time required for cleaning the following day must be booked at an hourly rate. It would be expected that a half day rate is applied until 12pm.
The hire of the kitchen and crockery is included in all prices. All items used are to be returned clean and put away. The hall must be clean, and all rubbish removed after use.
A damage deposit is not required in most cases but may be applied at the discretion of the Management Committee. It is expected that any damage or breakages are notified to the Management Committee and paid for.
